To register, click on the registration option on the main page. Enter the code of each machine you wish to register, as long as it is part of your fleet, along with your client number, and then click the registration button. After that, fill out the form with your personal details. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. You can also choose your preferred language.
Once you have filled in your details, accept the Terms and Conditions and click the "Next" button. You will then receive an activation email at the email address you provided. After receiving the email, click the activation button, which will redirect you to the e-commerce portal.
Select "Machines" under the "My Products" section in the main menu. In the search field, enter the machine code for the device you wish to order supplies for. In the listed results, click on the three dots next to the machine code and choose "Create Supply Order." Once the page loads, select the quantity of supplies you wish to order from the options and click "Continue to Delivery Details."
On the updated page, verify that the correct supplies are ordered, ensure the delivery address matches the machine's location, and enter a contact person. You can select from our existing list of contacts or enter custom, one-time-use contact details. Once all information is filled out, click the "Submit Order" button.
You will receive a confirmation message that the order has been submitted. You can click on the current order number to view the order details or go to the "Supplies Orders" option under the "Orders" section to track all your requests to date. This site also allows you to monitor your order status and filter by date.
After logging into the system, select "Products" and enter the machine code or serial number in the search field. Click on the three dots, and you will be redirected to the service request notification menu.
At the top, you will see the main details of the machine, and it is important to verify that you are indeed submitting a request for this machine. If the machine has an error code, select the left field; if it does not, select the right field. Click on the "Next Detail" button. From the drop-down list, choose the most typical error category. In the text section, describe the error you encountered. On the right side, in the "Your reference number" field, you can enter the error identification number. An image can be attached to the error record to help technicians identify the error.
Next, proceed to the contact details. Enter the contact information of the person reporting the error, someone who the technician can call regarding the error report. It is crucial that the phone number is accurate, as this will speed up the error processing. You can finalize the error message by clicking the "Submit new fault ticket" button.
